We know planning a wedding comes with a million moving parts. That’s why we make the process as easy and stress-free as possible. Here’s a general idea* of what working with us looks like:

T-8 WEEKS

Once your proposal is approved and contract is signed, you’ll receive your Design Questionnaire. This is where we gather all the good stuff; wording, signage needs, color preferences, guest names, and anything else to bring your vision to life.

Let’s Get This Party Started

First Round of Proofs

T-6 WEEKS

Your first round of digital proofs will land in your client portal (you’ll get a heads-up when they’re ready!). Leave all feedback directly in the portal, easy peasy.

Second Round of Proofs

T-5 WEEKS

We incorporate your edits and send you updated proofs. If everything looks good, great! If we need another round of changes, that’s okay too.

Final Guest List + Seating Assignments

T-4 WEEKS

This is the sweet spot for finalizing your guest list, table assignments, and place card details if needed. Having this early ensures we keep your timeline smooth and stress-free.

Final Approval + Off to Print

T-3WEEKS

Once you’ve reviewed and signed off on everything, we prep your files for print and move into production!

T-2 WEEKS

We ship directly to your door or venue, you choose! You’ll get tracking info so you can keep tabs on your order as it travels.

Delivery

*Specialty finishes like acrylic signage take a bit longer to produce, so giving us plenty of lead time helps ensure everything arrives perfectly on schedule.
